______ Rebie Ramoso is an internationally-recognized artist and award-winning designer based in Manila, Philippines. Her artworks have been exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Italy, Spain, Belgium, the United States, as well as the Philippines. In 2020, she was featured in the Atlante dell’Arte Contemporanea, the Italian Atlas of Contemporary Art. In 2021, she won Bronze for Accessories Design and Honorable Mention for Textile Design and Sustainable Fashion at the 15th International Design Awards in the United States. In 2015, she received the Special Merit award at the 5th Annual All Women Online Art Exhibition by Light Space and Time Gallery in the United States. With a formal training in both Painting and Psychology, Ramoso successfully merges both disciplines in her practice, creating artworks that are both vessels and vehicles of an intimate understanding of what it means to be human. Her pieces are stories of people captured through conversations and careful observation of her subjects, and crafted in hyper-realistic digital paintings. Ramoso looks forward to using the versatility of new media in presenting a new piece for the Florence Biennale; and to establish meaningful ties with fellow artists, designers, and art enthusiasts. Grateful for the chance to connect with friends and family; and to share with them the fruit of a selfless collaboration between myself, 13 amazing women writers and theater actress, Missy Maramara, to bring to life stories of women.
Peripheral (E)motions has turned into a beautiful convergence of women, giving birth to multiple stories about initimacy, betrayal, survival and grief. The space that is the gallery has turned into a safe ground for all of us to feel our sense of connectedness. Infinity Art

Galleria Museo Bellini 21 May to 28 May 2021 My digital painting, 30 Mornings of Bare Life, is featured in the latest exhibition by curator Rosi Raneri at Museo Bellini, Florence, Italy. The painting explores the varying emotions that we undergo, as we wait in isolation during the pandemic. 30 Mornings of Bare Life was created by combining photographs of the same location, in 30 different mornings. The result is a painting that shows contrasting colors and moods, thereby depicting a transition, not only in time, but also in our experiences. A Part to Play
