Rebie Ramoso, along with 59 other contemporary artists, have come together to rally behind World Wildlife Fund for Nature's cause to protect the environment. This year's Earth Exhibit Auction is for the benefit of 209 Dumagat farmers and their families who serve as the environmental frontliners of Ipo Watershed in Bulacan. Ramoso's digital painting, I Am Their Home, highlights the importance of sea anemones in the coral reef system. Being collected mostly as decorative artifacts, sea anemones, while not extinct, are vulnerable to exploitation.
The Earth Exhibit Auction, in partnership with Gavel & Block, a subsidiary of Salcedo Auctions, will happen online on December 5 at 2PM. Preview will take place at Salcedo Auctions from 28 November to 4 December, 2020. To view the catalogue: salcedoauctions.com/auction/57/earth-exhibit For inquiries: +63917 825 7449 | +63917 107 5581
